Returns & Refunds Policy
Damage
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Repair
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange. .
Change of Mind
We do not give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for any required shipping costs back to our office.
Restocking Fee
There are no restocking fees applicable to any repairs or exchanges.
Handling Time
We aim to have any returns handled and dispatched within 7 business days.
